Your field system and your books should agree.

We find where ServiceTitan, Jobber, Buildertrend, AppFolio and similar software disagree with QuickBooks, get your existing connection working properly so invoices and payments are entered once, and send one weekly list of anything that still doesn’t match.

Calls Mon–Fri, 8am–12pm Eastern. Replies within one working day.

One flow fixed at a time, with a price agreed before we start

  1. A 20-minute call

You show us where the two systems disagree and what gets typed by hand. Free.

  2. A paid sync check, if you want proof first

Send one month of exports from both systems. Within 5 working days you get every mismatch, its cause and what it would take to stop it.

    $750, credited against the fix
  3. One fixed-price fix

We make one flow run without re-keying, for example invoices and payments into QuickBooks, or the weekly job-cost report.

    Usually $1,500–$4,000, fixed up front
  4. Support by the month, if you want it

The weekly exceptions report keeps coming, we watch for breakage, and changes are covered.

$300–$600 a month, cancel any time

Same Wednesday. Same 46 jobs. Two ways.

  • With the sync: 41 of 46 jobs matched in QuickBooks by 6pm with nobody touching them. 4 went to a person the same day.
  • Without it: every invoice re-keyed by hand, about 12 hours that week. $9,766 at risk and 12 problems nobody sees until month end.

For trades, construction and property firms

If your crews or managers live in one system and your bookkeeper trusts another, someone is probably copying invoices across, chasing payments that show as paid in one place and open in the other, or rebuilding the same report every Friday.

Systems we work with alongside QuickBooks:

  • ServiceTitan
  • Jobber
  • Housecall Pro
  • Buildertrend
  • AppFolio
  • Buildium
  • Rent Manager
  • QuickBooks

What you can hold us to

  • One number, agreed at the start. Usually hours of manual entry per week, or unmatched items per month.
  • You pay for the fix when it runs on your data and you have seen the result.
  • No annual contract. Monthly support ends whenever you say so by email.
  • Your data stays in your systems. We work through read access or exports wherever that is enough.
  • We are not an accounting firm. We give no tax or accounting advice; your bookkeeper or CPA stays in charge of the books.

Who we are

Squareline Ops is a small automation practice run by Onyeka Igwebuike, an engineer (M.Sc.) who builds data integrations for a living. We are based in Mannheim, Germany, and work with US firms remotely, by email and video call, during your morning hours.

We are new, so we will not show you case studies we do not have. The sync check exists so you can judge the work on your own numbers before paying for a fix.

Tell us which two systems you run

One line is enough, for example “ServiceTitan and QuickBooks Online, invoices get typed twice.” We reply within one working day with whether we can help and what it would cost. Calls are Mon–Fri, 8am–12pm Eastern.

Your message goes to our inbox through the form service FormSubmit. We use it only to reply.
